01We run on legacy or industry-specific ERP/MES software — can you still integrate with it?
Usually yes. If it exposes an API, a database connection, or even scheduled file exports (CSV, XML), n8n can connect to it. We scope the specific integration during the initial call so there are no surprises once the project starts.
02Do you build the website, the automation, or both?
Either, or both — most manufacturing clients start with one and add the other once the first proves out. Our web development, API integration, and n8n automation services are scoped and priced separately but designed to work together.
03How is this different from hiring an ERP consultant?
An ERP consultant configures the ERP itself. We build the connective layer around it — the website, the quote intake, the automation between systems — so the ERP you already invested in actually talks to the rest of your business.
04What does a typical project cost and how long does it take?

Yes — the quote-request form is built to accept file uploads alongside specs and quantities, and can route submissions with attachments to the right engineer or estimator automatically, instead of that material getting stuck in an email attachment.
06Do you work with EDI or supplier portals that our larger customers require?
If a customer or supplier requires EDI, a specific portal, or a fixed file format for order and inventory exchange, we scope that as part of the integration work — n8n can connect to most EDI providers and portal APIs, or process scheduled file exports where a live API isn't available.
